The protection of the personal data of our interested parties, customers, sales partners, suppliers and partners (“Business Partners”) is very important to us. Within the scope of collaboration with Business Partners, we shall process personal data for the following purposes:

MENZEL Industrieholding GmbH shall process the following categories of personal data for the aforementioned purposes if required:

The processing of personal data is required for achievement of the above purposes, including the implementation of the (contractual) business relationship with the Business Partner.
The legal basis for the data processing is, unless otherwise expressly indicated, Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation or expressly granted consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation) of our contact person.
If the personal data mentioned is not provided or MENZEL Industrieholding GmbH cannot collect it, the individual purposes described may not be able to be achieved.
Transfer and transmission of personal data
Within MENZEL Industrieholding GmbH, access to your data shall only be provided to those entities which require this data to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations.
We shall transfer personal data to third parties only if this is necessary within the scope of the statutory provisions. The extent of the data to be transferred shall be limited to the minimum required. No other transfer of your data to third parties shall take place.
